Barkley Cottage has been lovingly restored to showcase both its historic charms and modern amenities. From its hardwood floors to its 12 foot ceilings, this spacious cottage is just right for couples, families and friends.

HAYWARD COTTAGE

Hayward Cottage offers guests a cozy retreat with king size comfort. Open the French doors in the sitting room to enjoy the courtyard garden. A mature maple provides sun dappled seating and a breathtaking blaze of Autumn glory in the fall.

WINSLOW COTTAGE

1 Bedroom


Winslow Cottage has the sophisticated feel of an urban loft. Our most compact cottage, this cheerful studio still boasts 12-foot ceilings, large bay windows and its original 1923 light fixtures.

THE URBAN BUNGALOW

3 Bedroom


We created the Urban Bungalow with families and friends in mind. By opening the original connecting door between Barkley and Hayward cottages, we can offer guests 2 complete cottages with plenty of space to both gather and retire in peaceful seclusion.

The Urban Cottage is nestled on a beautiful, tree lined street among other cherished historic homes. It is on the National Register of Historic Places and has been lovingly preserved.
